Being at the gate of Komodo National Park, Kanawa is the perfect starting point in order to visit and discovers all the hidden beauties that the park has to offer. With our tour boat, we offer two different daily trips either to Komodo or Rinca to see the famous Komodo Dragons, combined with stops to the most famous snorkeling spots, such as Manta point and batubolong, relaxing beaches, as pink sand beach and Kambing island, and cultural places, as the monoliths in Flores.

Our best selling tours are the following:

Komodo, dragons and snorkeling: it’s a one day trip, the boat leaves around 7am from Kanawa, first destination would be Komodo Island for the trekking with the expert rangers in order to see the dragons, after that we will proceed to pink sand Beach for a nice picnic lunch on the beach and relaxing snorkeling in calm waters with one of the world best coral reef, the trip continue with a jump in the waters at Manta point, where is 95% guaranteed to see many mantas, and a last stop at BatuBolong for an amazing snorkeling with thousands of fishes and sharks on the way back to Kanawa. Estimated time of arrival at Kanawa is around 5 pm

Rinca, dragons and traditions: it’s a one day trip, boat leaves around 7am from Kanawa with Rinca as destination, where you can see the dragons in their natural environment. After the trekking the boat will be heading to the cost of Flores in order to go to visit a local village where some ancient monoliths can be found. Lunch on the boat and relaxing stop either at kambing or kelor island for little snorkeling and sunbathing before coming back to Kanawa. Estimated time of arrival at Kanawa around 3pm.
